For holiday home properties SD Cleaning Services provide full property management services, including cleaning, laundry and same-day changeovers. We offer a range of services from just a basic clean and laundry change, to a welcome pack and meeting your guests on their arrival.

Basic Changeover

Our standard changeover service includes cleaning and servicing the property ready for the new guests and laundry service.

Prices start at £16 per hour per cleaner

Laundry Service

Our laundry service consists of washing, drying and ironing from each change over. Or a mid change over for guests staying more than one week. We only use good quality laundry products in our laundry service.

Prices start at £4.00 per bed

Linen service

We can supply your holiday home with a start up linen pack and supply extra linen should they become soiled.

Meet and greet

Our meet and greet is available for holiday home owners who subscribe to our Total Property Management Service.

Mid-booking Laundry Change

For bookings of longer than one week, where a linen change is required, we will visit the holiday home to change and replace linen.

Liaison with Letting Agents

Where holiday home owners use a letting agent, we will liaise with the agency to ensure smooth handling of all arrivals and departures, contact guests a week prior to their arrival to ensure they have key codes and they have relevant contact details.

 

Property Clean and Set Up

For properties newly appointed as holiday lets, we can clean and set up the property at the beginning of a letting period, in preparation for arriving guests. For this service we can offer a full deep clean, carpet and upholstery cleaning. 

Vacant Property Refresh

Our vacant holiday home refresh consists of a visit to the property prior to an arrival, to check that everything is in order and provide a dust & polish if needed. This can be done after an empty period of between 2 weeks to1 month, We can schedule regular visits to ensure that the property is secure and no internal problems have taken place.

 

Garden Maintenance

Garden maintenance service, lawns cut, boarders tidied and weeded, patios washed down etc.
